A plain summary of what we collect and why. This page is a starting point; the binding version is the one your account agreement references.
Who we are
The hosted platform is operated by Almyty Inc. When this page says “we”, it means Almyty Inc.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email), the resources you create (APIs, tools, gateways, agents), and operational logs needed to run the service. When you self-host, this data stays on your infrastructure and never reaches us.
How we use it
To run the hosted platform, keep your account secure, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data, and we do not train models on your private resources.
Your credentials
API credentials you store are kept in a vault and used only to make the calls your tools and agents define. You can revoke them at any time.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us — we keep only what we need for billing, like your plan, seat count, and invoices.
Who else touches your data
We run the hosted platform on DigitalOcean in the EU (Frankfurt). Stripe handles payments and PostHog (EU) provides the analytics described above. When your agents call an LLM provider or an API you connected, your request content goes to that provider under its own terms — you choose which providers to use.
Analytics
This website uses PostHog, hosted in the EU, in a cookieless mode: nothing is stored on your device, so there is no cookie banner. We see aggregate page views and referrers, not a profile of you across visits.
Your rights and choices
You can export or delete your data, and close your account. When you close it, we delete your data within a reasonable period, keeping only what the law requires (like invoices). If you are in the EU or a similar jurisdiction, you also have the rights the GDPR gives you — access, correction, deletion, portability, objection — and the right to complain to your data-protection authority. Email us and we will handle it. Self-hosting gives you full control of the underlying storage.
