Assistants that do real work, with you in control
An assistant that can issue a refund or update a customer record needs clear limits. almyty has them built in, and they are switched on from the start.
Approval for sensitive actions
A person says yes before anything important happens
Add a rule like "Ask before refunds over $500". It holds whatever the assistant was told: a refund over the limit is not made until someone on your team sees the request, with the amount and the reason, and clicks Approve. Smaller refunds go through on their own. Rules like this are in every plan, including Free.
On the Business plan you can also require more than one person, or sign-off in several steps, like "a support lead, then finance".

Built in
Everything that keeps assistants in line
Keys kept safe, in one place
Every password and key for your systems and AI models is stored encrypted in one place, and never shown again after you save it.
You decide who uses what
Each assistant, key and system can be private to you, shared with a team, or shared with the whole company.
Spending caps
Set how much an assistant may spend on AI per task, per day and per month. When it reaches the limit, it stops and you are told.
Limits for visitors
On a public chat, cap how many messages one visitor can send in an hour, and how long their conversations are kept. Visitors can download or delete their own chats if you allow it.
A record of every action
See who changed what, and every step each assistant took, what it used, and what it cost.
"You are talking to an AI"
Every place an assistant answers tells people they are talking to an AI. It is on by default.
Keys in one place
One list of every key, with who may use it and what uses it.

A record of every action
Filter by what was changed and by kind of action, and download it.

Keep everything in your own network
The base of almyty is open source. You can run it on your own servers, together with an open AI model, so your data never leaves your network. For larger companies, the paid plans add single sign-on, your own encryption keys, and a way to send the record of actions to your security tools.
