Terms of Service

A plain summary of the rules for using the hosted platform. The open-source code is governed separately by its license.

Who provides the service

The hosted platform at almyty.com is operated by Almyty Inc., a Delaware C corporation. These terms are an agreement between you and Almyty Inc.

Using the service

You are responsible for the APIs you connect, the agents you build, and the use you make of them. Do not use almyty to break the law or the terms of the services you integrate.

Your content

You keep ownership of the resources you create. You grant us only the access needed to operate the hosted platform on your behalf.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per seat through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and we do not refund partial periods. Inference costs are separate: your own provider keys are billed by your provider, and almyty credits are consumed as used. If prices change, we will tell you before your next renewal.

Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the platform, or create risk for other users — where reasonable, we will warn you first so you can export your data.

The open-source platform

The core platform source is provided under an open-source license; some enterprise features are separately licensed for commercial use. Self-hosting is governed by those licenses, not by these hosted-service terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the hosted platform running, but it is provided as-is, without warranties. Enterprise plans can add a service-level agreement. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For meaningful changes we will notify you (for example by email or in the app) before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes that are not resolved informally will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
